Pre-requisites - NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE is necessary. Just an open heart and the willing to discover the power of breath. This one-day intensive course is perfect for those wanting to understand the power of breath, the nervous system and how to create a breathwork session for clients within their own business.
Course Mission:
- Understand the science and principles of breathwork.
- Learn and practice foundational breathwork techniques.
- Develop skills to safely guide individuals and small groups in breathwork sessions.
- Explore the role of a facilitator, including ethics, boundaries, and trauma awareness.
- Build confidence in creating and holding space for breathwork experiences.

This course is run from The Inner Guru in Liverpool. Upon booking your place you will be added to the course group and receive full travel, logistics and location details. The limit to the course is 20 attendees.

Certification: On completion of the intensive course you will receive a Mission Consciousness Lvl 1 Breathwork Facilitators certification.
Overview: This course provides a balance of theory, practice, and personal experience, equipping participants with the confidence to begin facilitating breathwork safely and effectively. This course is also a pre-requisite for attending the Level 2 courses later in the year.
