How to Use:
Find a quiet, sacred space and set your intention.
Scoop a small amount of Canela de Velho rapé (about pea-sized for beginners) into the nose-end of the kuripe.
Tap gently to remove air pockets.
Place the mouth-end in your mouth and the nose-end in one nostril (traditionally the left first).
Blow gently but firmly, then repeat for the other nostril.
Sit upright, breathe slowly, and meditate to integrate the medicine’s effects.
Care Instructions:
