MISSION CONSCIOUSNESS FACILITATORS COURSE

5 Day Intensive | 30th November – 4th December | Lincoln

Join us for an immersive five day facilitator training at our rural retreat home in Lincoln, where you will be taken deep into your own journey of learning how to safely, consciously and authentically hold space for others.

This is an intimate training limited to just 5 individuals, allowing us to work closely with each participant and create a supportive environment where you can ask questions, explore your own edges and develop confidence through practice.

Throughout the week, we will explore both the practical skills and deeper principles behind facilitation. You will learn how to create a safe and grounded container, work with different practices and medicines, recognise what is arising within yourself and others, and develop the presence required to facilitate transformational experiences.

WHAT WE WILL EXPLORE

The Art of Holding Space

Learn what it truly means to hold space for another person without taking responsibility for their experience or attempting to fix, rescue or direct them.

We will explore presence, observation, boundaries, neutrality, energetic awareness and the importance of remaining grounded when someone is moving through an emotional or transformational experience.

Meditation & Guided Meditation

Develop an understanding of meditation fundamentals and learn how to confidently lead guided meditations for individuals and groups.

You will explore voice, presence, intention, pacing, language and creating an environment that allows people to turn inward and connect with themselves.

Breathwork Facilitation

Gain an understanding of breathwork as a powerful tool for accessing the body, emotions and deeper states of awareness.

You will explore facilitation principles, creating a safe container, observing participants throughout a session and developing your own confidence in guiding breathwork experiences.

Trauma Awareness & Emotional Release

Develop a deeper understanding of trauma awareness and how experiences can be held within the body and nervous system.

We will explore how to recognise emotional activation, how to remain grounded when strong emotions arise and how to support people without becoming responsible for their healing.

Energy, Soul Revival & Attachment Work

Explore our approach to working with energy, soul revival and attachment removal.

This part of the training looks at energetic awareness, identifying patterns and attachments, working with intention and developing the sensitivity required to work within these practices responsibly and consciously.

Working With Plant Medicines

We will introduce the ceremonial and practical considerations involved in working with plant medicines, including Hapeh, Sananga and Cacao.

This includes serving practices, preparation, intention, cultural awareness, contraindications and creating a respectful container around the experience.

Ancient Tribal Wisdom & Ethical Working

Explore ancient wisdom traditions and the importance of approaching traditional practices with humility, respect and cultural awareness.

We will discuss ethical sourcing, appropriate context, cultural appreciation, responsible representation and the importance of understanding where practices come from rather than simply adopting them without consideration.

Sound & Ceremony

Discover how sound can be used to support meditation, ceremony and altered states of awareness.

We will explore the use of voice, rhythm, vibration and sound as tools for creating atmosphere, supporting transitions and deepening ceremonial experiences.

PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE

This is an experiential training.

You will have dedicated time throughout the week to practise the skills you are learning in a safe and supported environment.

You will have opportunities to facilitate, receive, observe and receive feedback, allowing you to build confidence through experience rather than simply learning theory.

Our intention is for you to leave the week with a deeper understanding of yourself, a stronger awareness of what it means to hold space and practical experience that you can continue developing beyond the training.

YOUR FACILITATOR JOURNEY

Facilitation begins with you.

Throughout the week, there will be an emphasis on your own awareness, presence and continued personal development. The more willing you are to look at yourself, your own patterns and your own relationship with the work, the more capacity you can develop to sit alongside another person without imposing your own story onto theirs.

This is about developing the qualities of a facilitator rather than simply collecting another qualification.
