Advanced Breathwork Practitioner Training — 4-Day Immersion
Our intensive 4-day Advanced Breathwork Practitioner Programme is designed for those ready to confidently facilitate transformative breathwork experiences. Blending cutting-edge science with deep somatic practice, this training equips you with the skills to guide both individuals and groups through safe, powerful breathwork journeys.
Across four immersive days, you’ll explore advanced respiratory physiology, trauma-informed facilitation, conscious connected breathwork, emotional release frameworks, and multiple breathwork modalities. You’ll develop the ability to assess breathing patterns, create structured client programmes, and navigate complex emotional and somatic responses.
Through hands-on practice, supervised facilitation, and comprehensive assessment, you’ll graduate as a qualified practitioner—ready to deliver breathwork sessions with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.
